Another Christmas spent in London with cold weather and lots of mulled wine capping off 18 months living in the UK. The last year has been full of London adventures and long weekends all over Europe while masquerading as a civil engineer at Whitechapel Station. Museums, Shakespeare, musicals, ballet, music gigs, immersive theatre, drunken nights, days full of sunshine and runs along the River Thames, days full of rain, afternoons playing Frisbee in the park, fruit picking in the countryside, lots of great food and lots of new friends will be the memories I take from London 2019. Not to mention South Africa, Italy, Norway, Poland, Scotland, Amsterdam, Bulgaria and multiple trips to France. Although on the surface it seems all fun and happiness, 2019 also held some heartbreak, saying goodbye to my beloved Nan. We will all miss you xoxo.
