A morning stopover on the Gold Coast meant a quick dip at the beach and breakfast with the Burns’s at the Currumbin Surf Club. I was a bit loopy from jet lag but had a great time hanging out and talking all things snow related.

From there it was back on another plane to hop down to Sydney where Brandy and Alysha were good enough to come pick me up. They even came into the terminal and surprised me as I was waiting for my bag!! So much happiness!!

Two weeks of catching up with friends and family in Nowra while I stayed at Nan’s house. Easter, Cody playtime, study by day and cooking dinner with Nan by night, fun trips to the meat raffle and bingo at the club meant the two weeks passed quickly and it was time to head to Melbourne for a wedding.
