It’s been a month since my last post and a bit has happened in that time.

Megan is back from her family hiking adventures in Chile. They had a great time even though it snowed them into their tents a couple of nights and all the other little problems that come along with a long 9 day hike. After the sore feet and long transit back to Canada I think she was pretty happy to have a chilled weekend in Calgary where we ate and drank all good things and went to Aten hockey game.

Also on the news front, Megan got a job working in the office of the snow school. She is having fun and making fast friends with everyone she works with and all her new housemates in her apartment on the floor below me. she has even gotten out for a skiing lesson to sharpen her skills. The snow was great today and we got out for our first ride together which was loads of fun.

The winter wonderland is finally here and the temperatures are consistently in the negative teens as winter starts proper. It’s about ten days before Andrew, Jarrah and Mikey arrive for our early Christmas celebrations which I am looking forward to.
