Left LA and spent a day in transit, stopping at JFK airport in New York. Was hoping for a view of NYC from the plane but it was rainy and overcast so was out of luck.

Landed in Toronto around midnight after some flight delays but breezed through immigration getting visas approved in 5 minutes with us being the only ones around.

The first full day in Canada was spent driving back south to Niagara Falls. It was very cold after sunny LA but ridiculously powerful and impressive. That night was dinner at Mumma Russia’s where a feast was put on by a friend of Megan’s parents.

The next couple of days we spent exploring Toronto and taking it easy before boarding a bus to Ottawa.
